I am not sure how it happens, but for whatever reason, I tend to attract couples with an awesome sense of humor who love to do things a little differently. This was certainly the case with these two. The first thing they really wanted to do was design something unique, fun and fairly nontraditional for a wedding.

From the get go, they knew they did not want to have a sit down dinner. The entire event was designed to mingle over good food and even better company. All of their guests flew in from either Australia or Canada, so getting to spend quality time with them was their main priority.

Some my favorite design elements were the bride’s all tropical bouquet, the super cool arrow head arch and the adorable guest book that the bride created herself.

Between our Skype planning sessions with their hyper cat to their super laid back but fun wedding day, I can’t think of a moment I didn’t enjoy working with these two!
