Shupei and Fabian

With both Shupei and Fabian living and working in New York City and managing packed schedules, they chose our Full Shebang Service along with our Floral Service, allowing Love Letter Weddings to handle much of the wedding planning on their behalf.

Creating the perfect ambiance, featuring delicious food that honored their Chinese and German heritages, and making sure their non-English speaking guests felt fully included were top priorities for the couple. With guidance from our team and collaboration with some of the best vendors, we were able to bring their vision to life. Huge thanks to our team for designing all the graphics in-house, Crichton from Kani Events for collaborating with the bride and groom to translate their ceremony program, Island Fusion for the incredible cuisine and Ke Nui Kitchen for the outstanding desserts!

Their beautiful ceremony took place at Lanikuhonua, surrounded by their closest family and friends. The ceremony space was adorned with lush green and white floral arrangements, beautifully curated by our floral team. The program featured a special saxophone performance by the groom's father, followed by classical music from Mana Music. After a heartfelt ceremony, guests experienced a traditional German wedding customβ€”the cutting of the sheet!

Family and friends were then welcomed into the cocktail hour with drinks, passed appetizers, and handmade gingerbread cookies that doubled as a seating chart before moving to an intimate dinner under twinkling canopy lights. The enchanting canopy provided the perfect setting as guests shared conversation and laughter. Tables were beautifully dressed with floral arrangements, glowing candle light, and custom graphics designed in house by out team.

Shupei and Fabian snuck away for stunning sunset photos before returning to dance the night away with incredible music from Crichton, who truly knows how to keep a crowd on the dance floor all night long!
