One thing that most couples don’t realize when they initially inquire about our services is how involved we are in the design process, regardless of if you hire us for the Full Shebang or Maid of Honor for Hire. This bride booked us for our Maid of Honor for Hire service and I could not be more happy with how everything turned out!

Things started off strong when she opted to book one of our favorite venues. The groom had proposed on the beach in front of the venue, so it was a natural choice for their celebration. Along with booking many of our favorite vendors, the bride also decided to entrust our team with her super unique floral vision.

For months she had been collecting and drying fan palms. She had a vision of incorporating dried elements along with rich jeweled toned flowers. Initially this was a design challenge. The stark contrast between the two took our floral team a few weeks to wrap our heads around, but when we did, both our team and the bride were stoked!

The wedding day itself was beautiful. In November, you never know what you are going to get, but it was all clear skies and light cool breezes. With several “new to our team” installations, the set up went incredibly smoothly. Most notably was the epic bougainvillea chandelier that the rental company helped us hang in the tent.

With such a fun crowd, it is hard to narrow down the best parts of the celebration, but some of ours included the bride and groom’s dogs joining for the ceremony and photos. We were also entirely obsessed with the very unique altar arrangement. The day also included several Ukrainian traditions into the wedding to honor the bride’s mother’s heritage. Lastly, the couple’s grand entrance into the tent followed by the champagne tower was such a fun and “them” moment.

Overall, this gallery does a fantastic job of capturing how awesome a celebration this was!
