From our kick off meeting until the wedding day, getting to work with this couple was nothing but fun!

They chose wisely (wink wink) and booked us for our Full Shebang service. They live in Puerto Rico and between the time change and their busy work schedules they needed a lot of help to pull off their vision of a lux, tropical, roaring 20’s themed night with their closest family and friends.

The celebration took place on the beautiful Ocean Lawn at the Four Seasons. From the crystal chandeliers to the flowers dripping from…well everywhere, the design of this wedding was stunning.

For the ceremony, we created a super unique circle arch backdrop with fragrant lei hanging down as a backdrop. The couple honored each guest with a lei upon arrival and there was a special plumeria tree unity ceremony. Lastly, we worked with the couple to virtually host a few key guests who were not able to make it in person.

During the cocktail hour, perfect little appetizers were tray passed while guest relaxed at the custom lounge sets. In leu of a traditional guest book, guests were encourage to leave audio messages on a vintage rotary telephone from the 20’s.

The couple valued quality time with their quests so they chose to sit together with everyone at a beautiful long dinner table under a chandelier and candle lit dining canopy. One of our favorite parts of the reception set up was the 40 foot long flower arrangement that spanned the entire ceiling of the dining canopy.

The reception was a blast with an epic 5 course plated meal, a champagne tower, heartfelt toasts, fire knife dancers and dancing under the stars!

It’s clients with weddings like this who make us feel so freakin’ lucky to be doing this job.
