If you are dreaming of a classic timeless wedding, but also want it to be fitting for Hawaii … you are going to love this wedding!

This couple came across their venue AND Love Letter Weddings while taking a nature walk at Waimea Valley. After seeing the space staged for a special event, they knew right away they wanted to book both of us.

Over a short 6 months, the bride and I worked closely together to design her dream wedding. Although she wanted to keep things super traditional and classic, we had a lot of fun adding a bit of color. Starting with the classic invitations she chose, we designed a whole suite of wedding day graphics to match. Our floral team brought the whole look together with a stunning array of garden style flowers with just the right pops of pink, peach, coral and orange.

The wedding day was a dream. Soft sunlight and light breezes kept the guest comfortable as they arrived on the private shuttle. The ceremony was performed by a dear friend and co-worker of the bride. After the ceremony, the couple were whisked away to take photos throughout the venue while the guests enjoyed island style appetizers and cocktails.

Once the sun went down, guests gathered under the tent to enjoy a plated meal, toasts and champagne. The night ended with a full dancefloor and many full hearts.
